This policy explains how the GunaLab company website handles information submitted through its game launch reminder feature.

Information you provide

When you request a launch reminder, we collect the email address you enter, the game you selected, the page where you made the request, your browser locale when available, and timestamps needed to manage the request.

When you use the contact form, we collect your email address, optional name, message, delivery status, reply status, and timestamps needed to manage and respond to the conversation.

How we use it

We use reminder information to record your request and send the launch notification for that specific game. A game reminder does not subscribe you to a general newsletter. Contact-form information is used only to deliver, manage, and respond to your message.

Storage and service providers

Reminder records are stored using Google Firebase and may be processed by infrastructure providers that help operate this website and deliver the requested service. GunaLab does not expose the reminder list to public website visitors.

Duplicates and status

We normalize email addresses to prevent repeated active subscriptions for the same game. The same email may request reminders for different games. Records support subscribed, unsubscribed and notified states.

Your choices

Every reminder confirmation email includes a secure unsubscribe link. After you confirm the action, the corresponding reminder and email data are permanently deleted from Firebase. You can also contact us at contact@gunalab.com.

This policy may be updated as the reminder service develops. The date above identifies the current version.
